• Account data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a reasonable period thereafter in case of disputes or legal requirements;
• KYC / identity documents: Retained for the period required by applicable AML regulations, typically a minimum of five years from the end of the business relationship;
• Communication records: Retained for up to three years for quality assurance and dispute-resolution purposes;
• Technical and usage logs: Retained for up to 12 months for security and analytics purposes, after which they are anonymised or deleted.

When personal data is no longer required, it will be securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with our internal data-management procedures.
