1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and GoPK ("GoPK", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the platform available at gopk.cam (the "Platform").

GoPK operates as an independent English-language online gambling information platform designed primarily for users in Pakistan. The Platform provides information about sports betting, live casino, cricket markets, responsible gambling and related topics. GoPK does not itself accept wagers, process payments on behalf of third-party operators or manage player accounts at external gambling sites.

By accessing or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the website gopk.cam and all associated pages, content, features and services operated by GoPK.
• "User" means any individual who accesses, browses or otherwise uses the Platform.
• "Account" means a registered user profile created on the Platform.
• "Content" means all text, images, guides, data, odds information, promotional material and other material published on the Platform.
• "Services" means the information, guides, tools and features made available to Users through the Platform.
• "Third-Party Operator" means any external online gambling platform, casino or sportsbook to which GoPK may reference for informational purposes.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the local currency referenced throughout the Platform for illustrative purposes.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality checks, cool-off periods and self-exclusion mechanisms available through gambling operators.

3 Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the Platform is restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable gambling operator or license jurisdiction. The 18-year minimum does not imply that participation in online gambling is lawful for all adults in Pakistan. Users must independently verify the legal position in their jurisdiction.

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

GoPK makes no representation that the Platform or the services of third-party operators referenced on it are appropriate or available in all jurisdictions. Users in Pakistan, and in any other jurisdiction where gambling is restricted or prohibited, access the Platform entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility.

3.3 Capacity to Contract

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and that you are not subject to any court order, regulatory restriction or self-exclusion arrangement that would prohibit you from accessing gambling-related information or services.

3.4 Single Account Policy

Where account registration is available, each individual User is permitted to hold only one registered account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Information

When creating an account, Users must provide accurate, complete and current information. You agree to update your account details promptly if any information changes. GoPK reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of information provided.

4.2 KYC Verification

In compliance with applicable Know Your Customer ("KYC") and Anti-Money Laundering ("AML") requirements, GoPK may require Users to submit identity verification documents prior to accessing certain platform features, processing withdrawals or activating bonus offers. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in access restrictions.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must notify GoPK immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. GoPK will not be liable for any losses arising from a failure to maintain adequate account security.

4.4 Non-Transferability

Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign or otherwise deal in your account or any funds, bonuses or benefits associated with it.

5 Platform Use

5.1 Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms, GoPK grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, redistribute, sell or commercially exploit any Content.

5.2 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Platform. Specifically, you must not:

• Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable local, national or international law or regulation;
• Transmit unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, spam or promotional material;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its associated systems;
• Use automated tools, scripts or bots to scrape, crawl or extract data from the Platform without express written consent;
• Engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the Platform's infrastructure.

5.3 Informational Nature of Content

All content on the Platform — including odds information, betting guides, game-rule explanations, promotional offer descriptions and payment method references — is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on gopk.cam constitutes a guarantee of outcomes, financial advice, legal advice or an offer to enter into any transaction.

6 Wagering Rules

6.1 Illustrative Nature of Figures

Any wagering amounts, turnover requirements, odds, PKR figures or rollover multiples mentioned on the Platform are illustrative examples only. They do not represent live, current or guaranteed figures applicable to any specific gambling operator. Always consult the relevant operator's terms before placing any wager.

6.2 Market-Specific Rules

6.3 Void Bets

7.2 Wagering Requirements

7.3 Bonus Abuse

8 Payments & Withdrawals

8.1 Payment Method References

8.2 Processing Times & Limits

Actual transaction processing times, minimum and maximum deposit/withdrawal limits, and any applicable fees are determined entirely by the payment provider and the operator. GoPK does not process, facilitate or guarantee any financial transaction and accepts no liability for delays, failures or discrepancies in payment processing.

8.3 Currency

9 Prohibited Conduct

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and, where required by law, reporting to the relevant authorities.

10 Responsible Gambling

GoPK is committed to promoting safe, responsible gambling practices. We strongly encourage all Users to approach gambling solely as a form of entertainment. Gambling should never be seen as a means of generating income, recovering financial losses or resolving debt.

No content from gopk.cam may be reproduced, republished, distributed, sold or otherwise exploited in whole or in part without the express prior written consent of GoPK. Unauthorised use of Platform content may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.

12 Limitation of Liability

12.1 No Warranty

The Platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. GoPK does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components.

12.2 Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GoPK shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including — without limitation — gambling losses incurred through third-party operators, reliance on Platform content or payment processing failures.

12.3 Third-Party Operators

GoPK is not a party to any agreement between you and a third-party gambling operator. We accept no responsibility for the actions, decisions, terms or practices of any operator referenced on the Platform. Any dispute with a third-party operator must be resolved directly between you and that operator.

13 Account Termination

GoPK reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time and without prior notice if, in our sole judgment, you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

You may close your account at any time by contacting GoPK at the email address listed in the Contact section. Closure of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the closure date.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GoPK is registered and operates. GoPK does not represent that these Terms comply with the laws of any specific jurisdiction, including Pakistan.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15 Amendments

GoPK reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform.
